CLCA serves and protects the interests of its members, promotes professionalism, and advances public awareness of the landscape industry.

Foothill College

Student Club

The Foothill College Student Club is made up of students studying Environmental Horticulture and related areas at Foothill College in Las Altos Hills. The Club has aligned itself with the San Francisco Chapter of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA). Students are welcome and encouraged to participate in CLCA chapter activities. Members of the CLCA also support the Student Club by speaking at club meetings, providing tours of projects and through the CLCA SFBA student sponsorship program.

CLCA SFBA Student Sponsorship

The California Landscape Contractors Association, San Fransisco Bay Area Chapter is sponsoring students as part of their Partner's for Success program. Companies in the CLCA may purchase sponsorships, which give landscape industry students the opportunity to gain continuing experience, leadership, and education through the local chapters program. The sponsorship includes the following:

  • CLCA Student Membership Fee
  • Three CLCA-SFBA educational seminars
  • One admission to Membership Night in April 2008
  • One admission to our Annual Achievement Awards Banquet in June 2008
  • One admission to our Officer Installation Dinner in November 2008
