CLCA Summer Family Extravaganza
You and your family are invited to join CLCA friends and colleagues for the 2009 Summer Family Extravaganza July 15-18 at The Village at Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe. Our schedule is packed with family fun and information you need to survive in today’s economy and the future.
Get reacquainted with CLCA friends from around the state at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, July 15. The AMO LEAF golf tournament will be held from 7 am. to noon on Thursday at Northstar at Tahoe. The Women's Auxiliary will be holding a miniature golf tournament at The Village from 10 a.m. to noon. Thursday afternoon will be packed with a LEAF meeting and CLCA Seminars: Promoting sustainability. Business tips to survive the recession. Bonding and prevailing wages. Thursday evening, the Women's Auxiliary will host a dinner, dance and silent auction.
Friday's activities begin at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast and Keynote Speaker Brad Hams. Mr. Hams is on a mission to eradicate entitlement. He has helped hundreds of companies defeat the entitlement mentality and to replace it with cultures of earning — of employees who think and act like owners. The seminar is being sponsored by LCIS.
The Women's Auxiliary will hold their meeting on Friday from 10 a.m. to noon. The always popular BBQ and Softball Game will be Friday afternoon.
Saturday begins with a Think Tank Breakfast, followed by the General Membership Meeting. In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely float down the Truckee River. And finally, the Women's Auxiliary will be hosting a Family-Friendly Movie Night At The Village.
